A female only fitness and wellbeing session for women aged 16+ which encourages positive mental health through exercise and open discussion. Butterflies has been set up to encourage women to talk about their feelings in an alternative environment. Join a FREE female only 45 minute circuit training and 30 minute support session offering you a safe place to speak.

PeerTalk has an established UK wide network of volunteer facilitated peer support group meetings for people who experience depression. They also aim to inform and equip individuals and communities to make a positive response to mental health issues.
Come along and join in a friendly, confidential space where you can talk and feel supported (followed by refreshments). The support group meets every Wednesday, 11am – 12.30pm at the Jo Cox House. No need to book, just come along. |

Take Ten are a mental health and suicide peer support group offering support through real life lived experiences. The aim of the group is to offer support and advice to individuals, families or friends of adults or children with Mental ill Health or Suicide and raise awareness of Mental ill Health and Suicide.
They hold 2 weekly groups for children and young adults and a highly successful adult only group to help support everyone. For the details of children and young people groups visit Youth Groups. |
